  1. What would a “wrong” response to sin look like in our lives? What are some ways that responding this way sets us up to sin again?


  2. What does it mean to truly “know” God? How does this change our response to His commands and instructions? How does loving God fit into this equations?


  3. How does seeing God as our “advocate” and “propitiation” influence how we respond when we sing? How would responding to sin in light of verse 1b-2 help guard us against that temptation next time we fact it? (as opposed to a wrong response cf. question#1)
